The author analyzes successes of the Ukrainian diplomacy rooting for the diplomatic advances of the Ukrainian state in the 21st century and dwells upon the necessity to give back to diplomacy in general, and the MFA of Ukraine in particular, their typical functions in decision making and capacities to realize international initiatives.
